Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 7-21 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of GrillGains' control, such as courier delays or customs processing for international orders.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping GrillGains offers international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages GrillGains is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can process a claim on your behalf.
